Evangelist Dr. Joyce J. Jones, Ph.D.
Founder, President & CEO
A licensed Evangelist for over thirty years, Dr. Jones holds degrees in the Biological Sciences (B.S., M.S., Ph.D.) and completed a four-year National Institutes of Health post-doctorate in Cardiovascular Physiology. With more than 25 years of experience in higher education and as a tenured science educator in the Chicago Public Schools, she is committed to lifelong learning, health and wellness, and enhancing quality of life through research, education, and community service in a Christ-centric setting.

Dr. Aghahowa brings distinguished academic credentials and years of professional leadership to Faithful 1. As Vice President, she guides strategy, program development, and organizational growth, ensuring the mission of building bridges to hope is carried out with excellence and accountability.

Tara brings disciplined financial expertise to Faithful 1's mission of serving individuals and families on Chicago's South Side. She oversees budgeting, reporting, and fiscal stewardship, ensuring that every dollar entrusted to the organization is invested faithfully in the community it serves.

Jacquie is the organizational backbone of Faithful 1, providing essential administrative and executive support that keeps programs, staff, and operations moving forward. Her dedication, precision, and servant's heart reflect the Christ-centric values at the core of everything Faithful 1 does.

Dr. Sheri Phillips, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Phillips leads Faithful 1's health and wellness programs, including community health screenings, chronic disease education, and referral services for underserved families. A physician and public health professional, she is committed to reducing health disparities and restoring wholeness to the people of Chicago's South Side.

Elder Campbell brings deep spiritual wisdom, pastoral experience, and decades of community engagement to the Faithful 1 board.
